Tompkins Girls Hockey Association is celebrating 50 years of girls ice hockey! We hope to raise $50,000 to support our ongoing programs, to secure the future, and to expand access locally. It was November 18, 1972 when the Tompkins Girls Hockey Association (TGHA) was first formed.
Since then, 50 years have passed and TGHA has been providing a girls ice hockey program with the dedicated volunteer work of many people - parents, coaches, board members, team managers, etc.

Tompkins Girls Hockey Association offers scholarship awards each season in honor of former TGHA player, Daryl Pace. Daryl was an Ithaca firefighter who passed away in 2019 from ocular melanoma. She played college hockey for Cortland State and was a beloved team member of the adult women's ice hockey team, the Ithaca Sirens. The #3 Daryl Pace Scholarship Award is sponsored in part by Town Line Technologies. TGHA welcomes all donations to support this scholarship fund.
Applications are open to all registered TGHA players.
Scholarships are not guaranteed every season; they are awarded by majority vote of the TGHA Board Executive Leadership Team. Scholarships may be granted in full, or in part. All scholarship award recipients are confidential; only the total amount of the award every season will be published. Interested player families can complete the application below:
